In February, Veritas and Cohesity entered into a definitive agreement to merge our data protection businesses. This strategic move will create a new industry leader in multi-cloud data protection and data security.  In alignment with this strategic vision, Veritas’ InfoScale, Data Compliance, and Backup Exec businesses will spin off to form a new, separate company that will be lead by Lawrence Wong.
